Polk County Toys for Tots is distributing toys to approved families beginning November 1, 2025. An email will be sent to applicants advising of specific location, date and times of distribution and to provide proof of identification and government assistance. Documentation downloaded on a phone will be accepted. It is imperative that applicants go to the location assigned to them as this is where their order will be available. Only families who have received notification that their application has been approved will receive toys. NO EXCEPTIONS.
When you submitted your application online, your application was assigned a CONTROL NUMBER which was shown on the confirmation page and included in the confirmation email you should have received. You will need this CONTROL NUMBER or the EMAIL ADDRESS you provided with your application to look up the status of your application.
